Mars Ecosystem joins Alpaca Finance’s Grazing Range Pool

Dear Hitchhikers of Mars Ecosystem,

On November 4th, we are excited to announce that Mars Ecosystem and Alpaca Finance will conduct in-depth cooperation at both product and community levels. AlpacaFinance is the 1st leveraged yield farming protocol on BSC.

All you young alpacas will be able to stake ibALPACA for $150k USD in XMS rewards, which will be distributed over 4+ weeks in the Grazing Range. The pool will go live on Nov 11th, 2021 at 10:00 AM GMT. As usual for a Grazing Range pool, you will also have a chance to earn exclusive NFTs if you meet the staking criteria.

A leveraged yield farming pool for $XMS may be supported in the future if it meets the minimum liquidity requirements.

🌟 $XMS Vesting Schedule

Please note that there is a 180-day vesting schedule on all XMS distribution. Every time you harvest XMS rewards from the Grazing Range pool, the claimed rewards will be split into two portions and follow the vesting schedule below:

Portion 1: 1/60 of XMS earned will be claimable upon harvest.

For example, if you claim 60 XMS from the GR pool, 1 XMS will be available immediately while the remaining 59 XMS will go to Portion 2.

Portion 2: 59/60 of XMS harvested will be vested, with each 1/60 of the remaining amount becoming available at the start of the following three-day vesting period after the period in which the rewards are claimed, per the schedule here.

Example:

To understand this example, please refer to this vesting schedule. Let’s assume that on November 13th (which is within period 1), you claim 60 XMS from the XMS GR pool. The following will happen:

1 XMS (Portion 1) becomes available immediately
The remaining 59 XMS become vested (Portion 2)
On November 14th, 00:00 GMT (start of period 2), 1 XMS of the 59 XMS in portion 2 becomes claimable
On November 17th, 00:00 GMT (start of period 3), another 1 XMS of the 59 XMS in Portion 2 becomes claimable
The process repeats and 1 XMS token becomes claimable at the start of each period until May 7th, 00:00 GMT (start of period 60), where the last XMS of Portion 2 becomes claimable, thus completing the 180-day vesting period.

Please note that Portion 1 of claimed rewards from XMS GR can be claimed at Alpaca Finance’s Grazing Range page. Portion 2 of the remaining rewards will be claimable on Mars Ecosystem’s claim page, where the balance of both the locked and unlocked XMS rewards from Portion 2 will be displayed.

Please also note that your XMS rewards will have different vesting schedules depending on when you first harvest them. For example, the rewards first harvested in Period 1 will be fully vested at the start of period 60 and the rewards first harvested in Period 2 will be fully vested at the start of period 61 even though the rewards are generated from the same principle.

🌟 Exclusive NFT Cards for Pool’s Stakers

To be eligible, you must stake ibALPACA in the XMS Grazing Range pool before November 12th, 10:00 AM GMT (1 day after the pool opens) and stake until at least December 11th, 10:00 AM GMT (for 29 days). The NFT tier you receive will be based on the amount of ibALPACA staked.

Green Tier: staked at least 500 ibALPACA
Silver Tier: staked at least 5,000 ibALPACA
Gold Tier: staked at least 50,000 ibALPACA

🔥 Farms&Pools with high APR

Mars Ecosystem launched successfully Farms/Pools in September. We designed a new economic mechanism for the farms/pools to make them more sustainable, and the APR is relatively high compared with many other well-known projects. In this way, users can get higher profits in a long-term period.

Till now, our TVL has surpassed $600 Million already. And the APR is still more than 500%.

After increasing CAKE rewards again on November 5th, the daily rewards for users are now：
