Mars Ecosystem is one year old!
For the past year, we have been through a lot together. We’ve had the IMO, IHOs, and Genesis events, just to name a few of our highlights. Things might look tough sometimes, but we are still making progress.
The market can be difficult, with the DeFi space as a whole seeing losses of over 50% due to recent trends… BUT we will make it. Just as a physical trip to Mars could never be easy, our Mars voyage was expected to have its’ own challenges. Thank you for staying with us and being part of this journey. 🚀🚀🚀
Mars Treasury
Our Treasury of BUSD sits at just bout 16 million. It has yet to be used and can be found here. We plan to strategically use part of this backing to help stabilize USDm when the timing is right.
USDm Buyback
Following the USDm stabilization measures previously announced to the community, Mars Treasury has just repurchased USDm with 2.3M BUSD reserves, and the price of USDm is brought back to 1 USD!!
Mars Ecosystem 💫
Stable Swap (Libra Finance) is developing according to plan! As much as we want to give more details on the product… Due to the market conditions and the remaining dev work to be done, we can’t provide estimates at this time.
What we can tell you with certainty is that Libra Finance will be an exchange for stable coins on the Binance Smart Chain (BNB), which allows for users to swap stable coins with very low slippage and minimal fees.
We’re particularly excited about the potential of XMS with current emissions slowing down gradually. Selling pressure has significantly decreased and the field is shifting to be what we feel is most favourable to our holders. This will allow us to generate much more positive momentum for the XMS with future implementations and burns.
Oh, and in case anyone forgot. The team has yet to release our allotted XMS. There’s still work to be done, and we’re just getting started.
