💥 The call of Mars:

We are a group of blockchain enthusiasts and science fiction fans at the same time. We are deeply inspired by technology, by the speed of blockchain technology, and by the development of smart contracts on top and alongside some of these existing protocols (layer-2 solutions.)

We also love the physical side of development in the area — we love SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, and other private projects competing to be the best, the first, the fastest, and most importantly the most secure. We consider ourselves as part of their mission.

We can’t help but explore whether there is a stablecoin that can be named after Mars, one that can be used as a medium of exchange after humans land on Mars and start creating a diverse ecosystem. USDM is a securely backed stablecoin that perhaps will become the choice of those who begin early colonization — if not chosen by the majority, it doesn’t mean it won’t be used at all!

🚀 Genesis Rocket Launch:

A “Genesis Rocket Launch” will be held in early July.

🌟 Purpose: Provide the first batch of users who understand and support the vision and development of the Mars Ecosystem with an opportunity to earn free XMS.

🌟 Duration: 3 days. During these 3 days, users can deposit BUSD into Mars Treasury to mint USDM.

🌟 Rewards: At the end of the Genesis event, all participating users will equally share 5% of the total XMS as a reward for participation.

Since the mintage control mechanism requires the market value of XMS to be at least 2.5 times the USDM circulating supply, the protocol will initially set the XMS market value to 3 times the USDM minting volume after the Genesis event. The number of BUSD deposited in Genesis is expected to be around 100 million, and correspondingly the initial circulating supply of USDM is also around 100 million. This means the market value of XMS is at least 300 million USD after Genesis.

🔮 Mars Ecosystem NFTs:

2021 — the year Mars Ecosystem will officially launch the Mars Genesis project. Selected users can become a member of the Space Rider’s and establish an autonomous community via the MarsDAO. Their purpose is to assist the survival mission of mankind, create a highly autonomous Mars community, and establish and continue improvement & development of the interstellar financial system.

Mars Ecosystem will select a certain number of users from those who have contributed to the community and airdrop the Boarding Pass NFT and the Captain NFT — official evidence of being on our first rocket. Those who get it will join the Mars Ecosystem on Genesis Spacecraft One and partake in the creation of the initial MarsDao community.

Dr. Marvin is the first inhabitant on Mars and one of the first ambassadors of the Mars Ecosystem. He has the following mission:

1. Produce guidance on the use of Mars Ecosystem products ensuring they are user friendly to newcomers to Defi.

2. Airdrop & sell more NFTs to users who follow Mars Ecosystem, including Mars equipment, spacecraft, oxygen cylinders, towels, speakers, skateboards, etc…. and directly reward XMS — keep following for more information on what is to come.
