🌟 What is MHO and why would we develop this product？

‘MHO’ — Mars Holder Offering is a new platform built on the Mars ecosystem. In general, people who meet all requirements will be entitled to participate in the MHO, getting tokens that could be traded in the market.

The original intention of doing MHO is to provide high-quality projects for the Mars community, where users can obtain tokens for these projects at a preferential price. The ‘MHO’ will bring the enablement of Mars Ecosystem governance token as well as a positive effect in our ecosystem.

✨ On this MHO platform, we will have two different products, one is IHO and the other is SHO.

‘IHO’ is initial holder offering. It allows projects to distribute their new tokens to the wider audiences as possible in a fairway. Projects benefit from increased exposure, easy token distribution and are able to focus on the most important thing, which is how to build value through their token and products.
‘SHO’ is secondary holder offering. What does it mean？SHO provides the Mars community with tokens for purchasing high-quality projects that have been launched at a more favourable price in the market. However, normal IDO focus on the token distribution of early-stage projects, and they rarely or never cooperate with projects that have already issued tokens. Nevertheless, there are still many projects that have such a market demand to provide users from high-quality communities with more favourable prices to obtain their tokens and to get more audience. Therefore, ‘SHO’ is the new product that mars ecosystem is preparing to bring to the Mars community.

✨The MHO sale process uses the following two-stage model：

The first stage is for XMS holders (9K people) to sell.
The second stage is that the remaining tokens can be freely purchased.
